To identify your distributor, find your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) on your electricity bill and use the two digits in the bottom left hand corner (highlighted in the image below with a red circle) to find which telephone number to call from the list provided below.

In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve this for you, you can contact the Energy Ombudsman
to discuss the matter, or seek advice from the Citizens Advice Consumer Service.
